  • For Subscribers: Your email address and name (or nickname) if you voluntarily subscribe to our mailing list by clicking “Subscribe.” Subscription data is stored on Google Cloud protected with two-factor authentication.

We do not collect unnecessary personal data, nor do we track your online behavior beyond what is required for our website to function.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely for:

  • Preparing and sending quotes.

  • Managing confirmed bookings and commitments.

  • Issuing invoices through QuickBooks Intuit.

  • Sending occasional updates or promotions to subscribers who opted in.

We do not use your personal information for profiling, targeted advertising, or unrelated marketing.

3. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Subscriber emails remain stored until you unsubscribe.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

  • Service providers necessary for our operations, such as QuickBooks Intuit (for invoicing) and Google Cloud (for email list management).

We implement reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your personal information, including secure storage on Google Cloud with two-factor authentication and secure QuickBooks Intuit systems for invoicing. However, no online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

  • Request deletion of your personal information.

  • Opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal data).
